Novotel Tainui Hamilton, Hamilton

My stay at the hotel was quite mixed. The rooms were not as clean as I had hoped, with dusty carpets and some dirty towels in the bathroom. However, they did meet my expectations in terms of amenities and cleanliness. On the bright side, the rooms offered great views, which was a big plus for me.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, offering a relaxing stay during my business trip to Hamilton. However, I wished there were more kitchen facilities provided for the price. The staff, while really helpful, could have been more proactive in informing guests about parking restrictions. The location was perfect, allowing me to walk everywhere easily, although separate toddler/infant areas were not ideal. The dining experience fell short of expectations given the limited Christmas day options, especially considering the room rate. Overall, a great stay with some minor areas for improvement.
